STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket No. SG-21870 and not repeated herein.

 FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant peaty; and

 That under date of March 14, 1977 the complainant party addressed a commmication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division, Which request is hereby granted.

                        A W A R D


        Case dismissed.
