(1) Each of the below named employes shall be paid in full for all vacation time due them in the calendar years of 1972 and 1973 (specified below) which each of them earned in the calendar years of 1971 and/or 1972 (Carrier's File - Union M.W.E.)
































OPINION OF BOARD: Except for that portion of Award 21522 dealing
with the claim of Roger Stone, that case is
virtually identical to this case, therefore the opinion and decision
of the Board in that case shall apply with equal effect to Docket No.
Mna-21531. -

FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, after giving the
parties to this dispute due notice of hearing thereon, and
upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds and holds:

That the Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier and Employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;

That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and

        That the Agreement was violated.
