OPINION OF BOARD: This is a combination of three claims that involve
the same claimant and issue.
In a case which resulted in Third Division Award 21265, (Lieberman),
involving the same Claimant, Organization, Carrier and Agreements, which
are here claimed to be violated, and the same factual situation except for
dates, it was ruled that the Agreement had been violated and the Claims
sustained. We believe that Award is correct in its reasoning and result
and we, in effect, adopt and follow it here. The Claims made herein must
be sustained.
