(a) The Carrier violated the February 25, 1971 Mediation Agreement when it refused to compensate R. J. Zink for moving expenses incurred when he was required to move from Chanute to Lebo, Kansas.

(b) Carrier shall now reimburse R. J. Zink in the amount of $245.81 actual expenses incurred when moving from Chanute to Lebo, Kansas.

(c) In addition to the money amounts claimed above, Carrier shall pay Claimant an additional amount of interest at (10%) ten percent per annum, compounded on th commencing September 30, 1973.

OPINION OF BOARD: The issue to be resolved in this dispute is
identical to that in Third Division Award No. 21085,
and this Board is governed accordingly. Claimant herein shall be
entitled to be reimbursed as claimed in Claim (b). There is, however,
no basis for interest as set forth in Claim (c), and that portion of the
claim shall be disallowed.





That the Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier and Emoloyes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;



That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and

        The Agreement was violated.
