                STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in the respective dockets and not repeated herein.


                FLINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:


That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex Darte by the complainant party; and

 Under dates of February 10, 1978 and March 6, 1978, the parties addressed formal communications to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Division,, which request is hereby granted.
