STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim of the System Committee of the Brotherhood


(a) Carrier violated applicable riles of the May 1, 1955 Rules Agreement, particularly Rules 3 and 7 and provisions of the controlling Extra List Agreement, when it failed to call Extra Clerk Steven M. Hannis to cover the positions of Lite Side Interchange Clerk, 3:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M., on Sunday, June 8, 1975.

(b) Carrier be required to compensate Mr. Hannis for one day's pay at the applicable straight time rate of the position, or work assignment, for which he stood to be called on June 8, 1975.

OPINION OF BOARD: The issue presented in this case concerning the
Extra List Agreement has been recently resolved by this Division in Award No. 21945.

The contention of the Carrier is supported by the record and the claim is denied.





That the Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier and Employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;



That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and

        That the Agreement was not violated.
