 STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket CL-21605 and not repeated herein.

 FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board by the complainant party; and

 Under date of May 2, 1978, the parties jointly addressed a communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division which request is hereby granted.
