 FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and

 Under dates of May 25s 1978 and June 5. 1978, the parties addressed formal communications to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division., which request is hereby granted.
