FINDINGS: The Third Division of the AdJustment Board finds:

 That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex prate by the complainant party; and

 Under date of March 14, 1979, the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the 'Executive Secretary of the Third Division rccuesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Divisions which request is hereby granted.
