FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and

 Under date of March 14, 19799 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division rcquesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Divisions which request is hereby granted.
