FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Ad.4ustment Board finds:

 That the disvutes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and

 Under date of March 14, 1979P the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the ES:ecuti,,2 Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Divisions which request is hereby granted.
