 FIATDIITGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the dispute has certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex pane by the complainant party; and

 That under date of March 2, 1979 the parties jointly addressed a commnication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
