STATEMENT OF FACTS: "This is the notice, as required by the National
Railroad Adjusting Board of my husband John J. Knoll deceased, This is to file exparte submission which is 30 days notice to you. Covering an uajusted dispute.

Where all men were furlaughed in December 1969, my husband was on a leave of absence since September 1969 He was never notified to apply for the One Hundred Dollars Supplement, which the other employes received for approximately two years. Which is the R. E. A. Local 2147. The Brotherhood Railway and Airline Clerks.

I, Anna Knoll, wife of deceased John J. Knoll, would consider an oral hearing if it were close to my house here in Jersey City." (sic)

OPINION OF BOARD: The claim which petitioner is attempting to
assert before this Board has not been handled on the property of the Carrier as required by the applicable collective bargaining Agreement and Section 3, First (i) of the Railway Labor Act, as amended as well as by Circular No. 1 of this Board. Therefore, the claim as described above is barred from consideration by this Division and is accordingly dismissed.





That the Carrier and the Employes involved in this dispute are respectively Carrier and Employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934;

That this Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein; and



        That the claim is barred.

        Claim dismissed.
