 STATE:IENT OF CLAIM: As shown in the respective dockets and not repeated

 FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and

 Under date of November 6, 1979 the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of the which request is hereby granted.
