 That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and

 Under dates of December 6, 1979 and May 2, 1980 'the parties addressed formal communications to requesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
