 FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and

 Under date of June 4, 1980 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Divsion requesting withdrawal of this which request is hereby granted.
