STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Does the St. Louis Southwestern Railway Company's
use of Serrmi Corporation to assist is the installation
of Centralized Traffic Control as part of its Rehabili
tation Project violate the Scope Rule, or any other rule,
in the Collective Bargaining Agreements applicable to
St. Louis Southwestern and the Brotherhood of Railroad
Signalmen?
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the
Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and
Under date of May 5, 19$2 the complainant party addressed a
formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division
requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the
Division, which request is hereby granted.
