PARTIES TO DISPUTE:

STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket No. M41-24457 end not repeated herein.

 FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Hoard ex parte by the petitioning party; and

 Under date of November 5, 1982 the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this which request is hereby granted.
