 STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket No. CL-24111 and not re
 peated herein.

 FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the dispute was certified to the Third Divison of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and

 Under date of November 8, 1982 the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Executive Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.

          Case dismissed.
