                        STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket No. CL-24641 and not repeated herein.


        FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:


        That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by the complainant party; and


        Under date of December 16, 1982 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of thi which request is hereby granted.
