                  STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket No. CL-24475 and not repeated herein.


FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and

 Under dates of October 14, 1982 and April 6, 1983 the parties addressed formal communications to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
