After a review of the record before it, it is the Board's determinination that Rule
60
(a) of the current AEreement was contravened by the Organization when it did not file grievance
pertinent part, that all claims or grievances must be presented
To
Carrier
within sixty
(60)
days from the date of the occurrence on which the claim or
grievance is based. It is clear from the record before the Board that the
November
19, 1980
filing date surpassed this contractually mandated time-limit,
thus barring any decision on the merits of the instant case.
