                STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Dockets No. CL-24955 and CL-24957 and not repeated herein.


                FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:


That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by the complainant party; and

 Under date of July 7, 1983, the parties jointly addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of these casesfrom further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
