 STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket No. CL-24676 and not repeated
 herein.

 FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parts by the complainant party; and

 Under dates of December 29, 1983 and January 4, 1984 the parties addressed formal communications to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.

          Case dismissed.
