STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket No. 25325 and not repeated herein.

 FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and

 Under date of February 27, 1984 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this which request is hereby granted.
