FINDINGS: The Thins Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Thizd Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by~the complainant party; and

Under dates of February 8, 1984 and March 19, 1984 the parties addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
