STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Locket No. CL-25114 and not repeated herein.
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and
Under dates of March 1, 1984 and July 25, 1984 the parties addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.
