STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket No. SG-25780 and not repeated herein.
FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and
Under date of May 7, 1985 the complainant party addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division, concurred in by Carrier under date of May 17, 1985, which request is hereby granted.

        Case dismissed.
