                STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket No. MW-26680 and not repeated herein.


                FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:


That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and

 Under dates of September 23, 1986 and December 16, 1986 the complainant parties addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.

                        A W A R D


        Claim dismissed.
