                FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:


That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and

 Under dates of June 29, 1987, and July 10, 1987, the complainant parties addressed a formal communication to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdrawal of this case from further consideration by the Division, which request is hereby granted.

        Claim dismissed.
