FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the complainant party; and

Under dates of November 17, 1987, and November 23, 1987, the parties addressed formal communications to the Executive Secretary of the Third Division requesting withdraw Division, which request is hereby granted.
