 FINDINGS:
The Third ___vision of =he Adjustment Board upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:

 The carrier or carriers and the employe or employes involved in this dispute are respect::ely carrier and employes within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act a; approved Zune 21, 1934.

 This Divis_Dn of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved her_in.

        Parties to said dispute waived right of appearance at hearing thereon.


This claim Dresents issues of contract interpretation and application, between the same Parties in Third Division Award 29340. For the same reasons developed fully in that earlier Award, these claims also must be sustained.
