 FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That these disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the petitioning party; and

 Under dates of November 8 and 9, 2001, the petitioning party addressed formal communications to the Arbitration Assistant requesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Division which requests are hereby granted.
