STATEMENT OF CLAIM : As shown in Docket Nos. MW-36805, MW-36806, MW36923, MW-36924, MW-37032, MW-37400 and MW-37566 and not repeated herein.

FINDINGS : The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the petitioning party; and

Under date of February 17, 2005, the petitioning party addressed formal communications to the Arbitration Assistant requesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Division which requests are hereby granted.
