 STATEMENT OF CLAIM : As shown in Docket Nos. MW-37474, MW-37589, MW-37590, MW-37854, MW-38020, MW-38138, MW-38362, MW-38482, MW-38572, MW-38955, MW39116 and MW-39396 and not repeated herein.

 FINDINGS : The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the petitioning party; and

 Under date of March 19, 2007, the petitioning party addressed a formal communication to the Arbitration Assistant requesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Division which request is hereby granted.
