 STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket Nos. MW-37718, MW-37958, MW38006, MW-38383, MW-38395, MW-38409, MW-38698, MW-38992, and MW-39582 and not repeated herein.

 FINDINGS : The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:

 That the disputes were certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex parte by the petitioning party; and

 Under date of March 19, 2007, the petitioning party addressed a formal communication to the Arbitration Assistant requesting withdrawal of these cases from further consideration by the Division which request is hereby granted.
