                    STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket No. CL-32762 and not repeated herein.


                    FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:


That due to an administrative error, the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board; and

 On October 9, 2008, the Chairman and Vice Chairman agreed to withdraw it from further consideration by the Division and administratively close the record of this case.

                        AWARD


      Claim withdrawn.
