                    STATEMENT OF CLAIM: As shown in Docket No. CL-39197 and not repeated herein.


                    FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:


That due to an administrative error, the dispute was assigned two Docket Nos. and;

 On November 19, 2008, the Chairman and Vice Chairman agreed to withdraw it from further consideration by the Division and administratively close the record of this case.

                        AWARD


      Claim withdrawn.
