FINDINGS: The Third Division of the Adjustment Board finds:
That the dispute was certified to the Third Division of the Adjustment Board ex

By letter dated November 26, 2012, this case was assigned Docket No. MW42060. Under date of March 20, 2013, this case was erroneously assigned a second
Docket No., i.e., Docket No. MW-42174. In recognition thereof, on April 24, 2013, the
Chairman and Vice Chairman agreed to administratively close the record of Docket
MW-42174 without impacting the resolution of Docket No. 42060 (Case No. NRAB00403-120432).
AWARD
