(Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen PARTIES TO DISPUTE: (
(CSX Transportation, Inc.
“Claim on behalf of M.T. Moore, for 24 hours at the half-time rate ($417.60), account Carrier violated the current Signalmen’s Agreement, particularly Rules 7 and 65, Uniform Rules 2, 5, 8, 12, and 22, and Section 5 of CSXT
Agreement No. 15-018-16, when on January 11, 29, and 30, 2019, it sent the Claimant home prior to the end of his tour of duty and altered his regular work week, failing to properly compensate him. Carrier's File No. 19-34125. General Chairman's File No. 19- 08-CD. BRS File Case No. 16188-C&O(CD). NMB Code No. 32.”
The Third Division of the Adjustment Board, upon the whole record and all the evidence, finds that:
The carrier or carriers and the employee or employees involved in this dispute are respectively carrier and employee within the meaning of the Railway Labor Act, as approved June 21, 1934.
This Division of the Adjustment Board has jurisdiction over the dispute involved herein.
Parties to said dispute were given due notice of hearing thereon.
The facts and circumstances, as well as the underlying agreement provisions, are substantially similar to those in Award No. 44545. For the reasons stated therein,

which by reference are made a part hereof, the Board finds that the Claimant is not entitled to the compensation claimed.
Claim denied.
This Board, after consideration of the dispute identified above, hereby orders that an Award favorable to the Claimant(s) not be made.
