QUESTION
AT ISSUE: Is it a requirement of Article III of Mediation Agree
ment, Case No. A-7128, dated February 7, 1965, and the
Interpretations thereof dated November 24, 1965, that an
implementing agreement must be made when it becomes neces
sary to temporarily transfer signal gangs, including the
employes assigned thereto, from one seniority district to
another under rules of the current Signalmen's Agreement?
OPINION
OF BOARD: The issue presented in this dispute is identical to that
resolved in Award No. 70 (Case No. SG-15-W), and this
Board is governed accordingly.
AWARD
The answer to the Issue to be Resolved is in the negative.
