days of December 24, 1965, pursuant to page 18
of the Interpretations dated November 24, 1965.

Claimant qualified as a protected employee, but according to Carrier, lost that status for failure to displace within 30 days of his layoff on December. 11, 1964. In accordance with Award No. 63, the claim is sustained.
