 OPINION
 OF BOTuZD: This claim is bottomed on Carrier's action in abolishing
 the Telegrapher position at San Angelo, Texas, and requiring
 the operator at another position to make physical deliveries
 of train orders to San Angelo. Such a claim does not raise an
 issue under the February 7 Agreement. In accordance with Award
 No. 230, the claim accordingly must be dismissed.
