OPINION
OF BOARD: This is a companion case to docket No. TCU-28-W, which
resulted in Award
No.
334, dated November 14, 1972, which disposed of the basic
issue as to the claimant, W. W. Linville. Other issues raised are now moot.
Accordingly, the case is dismissed.
