 -'INDINGS; .This Public Law Board No. 1582 finds that the parties
 e7_--efn_are are Carrier and Employee within the meaning of the Railway
 Labor Act, as amended, and that this Board has jurisdiction..

 -_-i this dispute the claimant was discharged for being absent with
 out authority. The Board has examined the transcript of record,
 :-:J ;:11^_ evidence shows there was sufficient cause to find claimant
 ;;~.2~.lty. Upon examining the record, the Board finds clai^an;:
 ;'2d L._ve:1 prior absences without authority in a two year period
 o;: t.-;e that he had worked for the Carrier. The Board finds no
 justification to overrule the decision of the Carrier.
