STATEMENT OF CLAIM: Claim in behalf of former Traclanan C. A. Flores,
Lcs AngelesDivision, for reinstatement to his former position with'
seniority, vacation and all other rights unimpaired and compensation
for wage loss beginning June 26, 1974.
':iFDIIT'GS: This Public Law Board No. 1582 finds that the par~ieJ

?,abor Act, as amended, and that this Board has jurisdiction.
In this dispute the claimant was charged with being absent from duty
without authority in violation of Rules 3,16, and 17. Pursuant to -
an investigation, the claimant was discharged for violation
of
the

.Evidence indicates claimant was absent from duty May 6, 7; 10, 13,
