 Statement of Claim: Claim of Brakeman :i. H. Jensen and various other-OSdan brakemen for 150 miles at the work train rate of pay on various dates in January 1966, account not used for flanging purposes when the ruin track was being fouled by private contractors equipment.

 This case is very similar to Case No. 4 in respect to the facts on the proper claim dates, the core work pai7formed, and the amounts due to claimants for respective valid claims. Accordingly, Carrier is directed to pay each claimant Athin 45 days 100 miles for his valid claim (or claims) amonC the following date--:

    January 14, 17 and 24, 1966.
