Statement of Claim: Claims for 150 miles at work train rate of pay, plus o0 miles deadhead, for various Ogden brakemen on various dates in July 1966, account not used for flagging purposes when main track was being fouled by private contractors equipment.

This case is essentially the same as Case .do. 19 in respect to all the elements set forth therein. Gnly the valid claim dates are different. Accordingly, Carrier is directed to pay to each proper claimant within 45 days 100 miles for his particular valid claim or claims for the following dates:

July 1, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 13, 19, 20, 21, 22, 26, 27, 28 and 29 - all in 1966
