statermnt 1. Carrier violated the effective Agreement by assigning Machine
of Claim: Operator Harold E. Buck to a headquarters in camp cars of B&B Gang
No. 255 and advising Machine Operator Buck that his expenses would
be paid under the provisions of Arbitration Board Award No. 298.
2. Claimant Harold E. Buck be now reiRbursed for his full expenses
for the period involoed, in accordance with the effective Agreement
as well as its interpretations.
Findings: The Board finds, after hearing upon the whole record and all evidence,
that the parties herein are Carrier and Employee within the meaning of
the Railway Labor Act, as amended, that this Board is duly constituted
by Agreenent dated February 2, 1976, that it has jurisdiction of the
parties and the subject matter, and that the parties were given due
notice of the hearings held.
7his dispute was resolved between the parties previous to the Board's
hearing. Request mutually made for its dismissal. 1~aquest granted.
Award: Claim dismissed.
