Statement The Brotherhood requests that employes assigned to Extra Force 17-S on
of August 21 and 22, 1977, be paid fifteen (15) hours at their straight
Claim: time rate of pay account no electricity furnished the camp cars on above
dates.
Findings: The Board, after hearing upon the whole record and all evidence, finds
that the parties herein are Carrier and Employee within the meaning of
the Railway Labor Act, as amended, that this Board is duly constituted
by Agreement dated March 1, 1976, that it has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter, and that the parties were given due notice of the
hearing held.
The parties, having previously settled this matter, requests its withdrawal from before the Board.
Award:
Request granted.
Claim dismissed.
